Connect Your Google Business Profile to Local Services Ads via Email Support

Prerequisites

  • Google Business Profile manager email: The email address you use to manage your Business Profile

  • Local Services Ads account ID: Found in your LSA dashboard

  • Business Profile URL: Copy the link to your public GBP listing

  • Access to your Gmail (or preferred) account

Steps

1. Open the Local Services Ads Help page

  1. In your browser, go to:
    https://support.google.com/localservices/answer/7652697?hl=en Google Help

  2. Click Contact us at the bottom of the page.

2. Choose the Email (form) option

  1. In the pop-up, select Email as your preferred contact method.

  2. Click Next to load the email form.

3. Fill out the support form

  1. Your email address: Enter the GBP manager email.

  2. Subject:

    • “Request to Link Google Business Profile to LSA Account”

  3. Description: Provide a concise message:

    Hello LSA Support Team, Please link my Google Business Profile to my Local Services Ads account. • Business Profile URL: [your-profile-URL]LSA Account ID: [your-LSA-ID]Manager Email: [your-GBP-email] Thank you, [Your Name]
  4. Attachments (optional): Attach a screenshot of your Business Profile dashboard or LSA account page if helpful.

4. Submit and monitor

  1. Click Submit.

  2. Check your inbox (and Spam) for a reply within 24–48 hours.

Tips

  • Use the same email throughout: Ensures the support team can verify your identity.

  • Follow up: If you don’t hear back in 2 business days, reply to the support confirmation email.

  • Be concise: Clear, minimal details speed up resolution.
