Google Business Profile manager email: The email address you use to manage your Business Profile
Local Services Ads account ID: Found in your LSA dashboard
Business Profile URL: Copy the link to your public GBP listing
Access to your Gmail (or preferred) account
Steps
1. Open the Local Services Ads Help page
In your browser, go to:
https://support.google.com/localservices/answer/7652697?hl=en Google HelpClick Contact us at the bottom of the page.
2. Choose the Email (form) option
In the pop-up, select Email as your preferred contact method.
Click Next to load the email form.
3. Fill out the support form
Your email address: Enter the GBP manager email.
Subject:
“Request to Link Google Business Profile to LSA Account”
Description: Provide a concise message:
Attachments (optional): Attach a screenshot of your Business Profile dashboard or LSA account page if helpful.
4. Submit and monitor
Click Submit.
Check your inbox (and Spam) for a reply within 24–48 hours.
Tips
Use the same email throughout: Ensures the support team can verify your identity.
Follow up: If you don’t hear back in 2 business days, reply to the support confirmation email.
Be concise: Clear, minimal details speed up resolution.
