Connect Google Business Profile to Local Services Ads via Support Email

Prerequisites

  • You must be an Owner or Manager on the Google Business Profile (GBP) you wish to link.

  • Your Local Services Ads (LSA) account must be active and have passed all screening requirements.

  • You need access to the Google account email used to sign up for LSAs.

Steps to Link Your GBP through LSA Support

1. Confirm GBP Manager Access

  1. Go to Google Search and click the Apps (9-dot) menu.

  2. Select Business Profile Manager.

  3. Find your business and under Users, verify your LSA signup email is listed as Owner or Manager.

  4. If not, click Invite new user, enter your LSA signup email, select Manager, and click Invite.

Tip: It can take up to 48 hours for your role change to propagate across Google services.

2. Prepare Your Request Details

  • Subject line: “Request to Link Google Business Profile to Local Services Ads”

  • Include in the request:

    • Full Business Profile name and address

    • LSA account email

    • Screenshot of your GBP Users page showing your LSA email with Manager/Owner role

    • Any relevant license or insurance ID (if requested)

3. Send Your Email via the LSA Support Form

  1. Navigate to the Contact Local Services Ads support page:

  2. Under How can we help?, choose the option that matches your account status:

    • If your account is new or onboarding, select the North America or Europe form.

    • If your account is live, select the North America (US/CA) form or the Europe form.

  3. Click Use this form.

  4. In the form fields:

    1. Enter your LSA account email.

    2. For Issue type, select Business Profile affiliation (or similar).

    3. In Description, paste your prepared request details.

    4. Attach the screenshot(s) and any supporting documents.

  5. Click Submit.

4. Monitor for Support Response

  • Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a reply from Local Services Ads support.

  • Typically, you will receive confirmation or a request for additional verification within 48 hours.

Post-Request Actions

  • Once support confirms the link, sign in to your LSA dashboard and go to Settings > Business Profile to verify the connection.

  • Ensure your services, hours, and reviews are displaying correctly.
