Account Creation
Go to the Twilio sign-up page
Navigate your browser to https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio.Fill in your details
Enter your full name, email address, and password.
Select your country of residence.
Verify your email
Check your inbox for Twilio’s verification email.
Click the “Verify Email” link to confirm.
Verify your phone number
On the next screen, input a personal phone number.
Enter the code sent via SMS to complete phone verification.
Provide project information
Select your intended use case (e.g., “Learn Twilio,” “Build an app”).
Click “Get Started” to finish account setup.
Explore your Console
After signing up, you’ll arrive at the Twilio Console home page.
Note your Account SID and Auth Token in the top-right “Project Info” card.
Creating a Primary Customer Profile
Navigate to Trust Hub
In the Twilio Console left-side menu, click Account → Trust Hub → Customer Profiles.
Click “Create Primary Customer Profile.”
Choose Profile Type
Business/Organization Profile
Individual Profile
Tip: Once selected, this choice cannot be changed for the Primary Profile.
Build a Business Profile
General Information
Legal Business Name: Exact name as on your registration.
Profile Friendly Name: Short label for Console display.
Country, Address, City, State/Province, Postal Code.
Business Information
Form of Business:
Direct Customer (internal use or direct communications)
ISV/Reseller (Twilio–powered product you sell)
Business Type: Select from dropdown (e.g., LLC, Corporation).
Authorized Representative
Enter the name and contact of someone Twilio can reach for verification.
Notification Settings
Choose email or webhook to receive approval status updates.
Review Terms
Read and accept Twilio’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Click “Submit for Review.”
Build an Individual Profile
General Information
Full Name, Email, Phone Number.
Individual Details
Provide date of birth and personal address.
Upload Photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport).
Identity Verification
Follow on-screen prompts for KYC checks.
Review Terms
Accept required agreements, then click “Submit for Review."
