2. Access the Setup Flow
Visit https://business.google.com/ad-solutions/local-service-ads.
Click Get started.
3. Sign In or Create a Google Ads Account
On the Local Services Ads landing page, click Sign in (if you already have a Google Ads account) or Get started (to create one).
Complete any prompts to verify your Google Account credentials.
4. Enter Business Information
Business Name & Contact
Provide your official business name and phone number.
Service Address
Enter the address where your business operates or service area headquarters.
Business Hours
Specify your operating days and times.
5. Define Service Area & Offerings
Select the geographic areas you serve (cities, zip codes).
Choose from the list of services you offer.
Note: If a service type is unavailable, it may not be supported in your area.
6. Complete Verification & Screening
Background Checks
Submit required personal background information.
License & Insurance
Upload scanned copies of licenses, registrations, and insurance policies.
Google Badge Selection
Wait for Google to review and approve your documents (usually up to 7 business days).
7. Set Your Budget
Specify a weekly budget for Local Services Ads.
Remember: you pay only for leads, not clicks.
8. Review & Launch
Preview your ad and business profile.
Confirm all details are accurate.
Click Submit to launch your Local Services Ads campaign.
