How to Promote a Job Post on Indeed with an External Application Link (Breezy HR)

Step 1: Obtain the External Application Link from Breezy HR

1. Access the Published Job:

   • In Breezy HR, go to the "Positions" tab.

   • Click on the job you just published.

2. Copy the Job's Public URL:

   • Within the job details, locate the "Share" or "Public URL" option.

   • Copy the provided link; this is the URL candidates will use to apply. 

Step 2: Post the Job on Indeed with the External Application Link

1. Log in to Indeed: Access your employer account on Indeed.

2. Create a New Job Posting:

   • Click on "Post a Job".

   • Fill in the job title, company name, location, and job description.

3. Set the Application Method:

   • In the application settings, select the option to direct applicants to an external site.

   • Paste the Breezy HR job URL you copied earlier into the provided field.

4. Review and Publish:

   • Double-check all job details for accuracy.

   • Click "Post Job" to publish the listing on Indeed.
